Natural face masks for a radiant skin

We are increasingly aware of what we put on our skin. Since everybody wants to know that what we apply to our face is nourishing and healthy and provides a radiant look.

Natural masks for the skin can easily be made in-house, with 100 percent natural ingredients. The recipes of three do-it-yourself face masks are listed below. Easy and pleasant for radiant and healthy-looking skin.

The hydration face mask

This hydration mask is perfect for a good skin boost. The mask consists of a cucumber and the egg white of one egg. A wonderful mask when the skin feels or looks slightly dehydrated. This mask immediately boosts the skin

Ingredients mask:

- Cucumber

- Protein

Cucumber contains silica, a substance that strengthens the connective tissue of the skin. Additionally, cucumber contains ascorbic acid helps to heal the damaged skin. The protein stimulates skin repair and the magnesium slows down the aging process.[1]

Chocolate and a shiny skin

Of course, we already knew that chocolate is good for the feeling of happiness. Now cocoa also appears to have a great effect on the skin. A mask made to care for uneven skin.

Ingredients mask:

- A small cup of cocoa powder

- A small cup of honey

- 2 scoops of (sour) cream

- 3 scoops of oatmeal

The cocoa powder reduces the visibility of the pores, whereby the honey nourishes and disinfects the skin. The cream simultaneously moisturizes the purified skin. Oatmeal is a great addition in a natural mask thanks to the antioxidant avenanthramide and the purifying effect of the saponin.

The nurturing power of avocado

Next to the fact that it is a tasty addition to a salad, avocado is also a perfect beauty tip. This mask is recommended when the skin is tired and may need to be pampered.

Ingredients mask:

- Avocado

- Yogurt

The avocado is full of vitamins (A, B1, B2 and B6, C and E) and nourishing fats. The yogurt contains lactic acid, which decreases and cares for the skin. When making this mask, choose a yoghurt on a basis that is as natural as possible, without added sugars and colors and flavors.

Say hello to a naturally beautiful skin!
